Healthanywhere’s Visiting Nurse Platform
for patient care at home now includes simple tools for visiting professionals.
Nurses can receive referrals, schedules, care plans, updates and messages
delivered on a portable tablet PC. While in a patient’s home, they can also
capture vital data from monitoring devices, report clinical activity and patient
status, complete incident reports and order supplies using electronic forms. The
“always on” wireless connection also allows nurses to stay in constant touch
with the central coordinator. All patient related data is stored as part of the
HL7 compliant patient health record and can be made available to any authorized
member of the healthcare team.
